Michael Tsien

Hi! I’m Michael Tsien, an M.S. student in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University specializing in VLSI design. My research interests include hardware-software co-design and hardware accelerator development. I also have a background in software engineering and firmware for robotics applications. I graduated with my B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Washington in 2021. Outside of lab, I enjoy swimming, skateboarding, reading, watching TV, and solving crossword puzzles.
